About me

Petra Boddington

Over the past 20 years, I’ve supported hundreds of women as a personal trainer and health and wellbeing coach. Along the way, I’ve witnessed the real, often invisible, challenges that come with menopause, especially when layered with the physical and emotional toll of cancer treatment.

These experiences led me to retrain and specialise in supporting women through the complex journey of menopause, cancer recovery, and hormone disruption caused by treatments like chemotherapy, surgery, and radiotherapy.

My approach is grounded in evidence, empathy, and lived experience. It brings together:

  • Tailored movement strategies for post-cancer menopause that rebuild strength without overwhelm

  • Nutritional support to promote hormone balance, reduce fatigue, and aid recovery

  • Mindset coaching to restore confidence, clarity, and resilience
