I don’t always look like this!

Back in 2016, a couple of years into the Perpetual Wellbeing journey I decided to book a photo shoot and be in the best shape I could for coming up fifty!

I had been so busy working with my clients, that my own training took a backseat.

You know that moment where you look in the mirror and think how did that happen, well I did that and decided that I needed to practice what I preached.

I am no fitness model, and I am my toughest critic. There are definitely some things that I would change about my body but I also want to live a little.

Now life is more about balance.

Eat well most of the time, train hard all of the time and stop being so hard on yourself!
